The Comfort Lakes Association logo represents the endangered Blanding's turtle, a reminder that we share the lake with other creatures that depend on us to be good stewards.

Welcome to the Comfort Lakes Association website. We encourage members to submit their favorite photos for display on the website. Send your images in .jpeg format to the email address listed on the Photo Album page. We will use as many as we can!

Stay involved and be responsible! That's the only way we will keep our lake beautiful for our children and grandchildren and their offspring to enjoy!

Comfort Lakes are located in Chisago County on Highway 8 about four miles east of I35N. Big Comfort is on the north and Little Comfort on the south of Highway 8.

The Comfort Lakes are the end point of the Comfort Lake/Forest Lake Watershed District hydrologic flow. Also feeding into the Comfort Lakes is the Sunrise River.

The river has two branches, one feeding into Little Comfort from the East and another branch exiting Forest Lake (the lake not the city) and winding through Wyoming Township into Big Comfort.

The Sunrise continues on, exiting the north end of Big Comfort, to its convergence with the St. Croix in Taylors Falls.
